Someone who was there at the speech, said he didn’t say anything really bad about them. Tom just said that they wanted to have alot of input on the show, and he and the writers/producers obviously didn’t like that too much.

How can he expect to further his career by trashing the show that probably got him where he is now? Great example of unprofessionalism. And P.S. for the most part those “four monstrous actors” have gone on to be more successful then him, so he needs to take a few steps back.
