But yeah, no new episodes of OTH will be moved–at least not this season. We sometimes forget that there’s only about 22 episodes in a season and 52 weeks in a year. Even with the summer hiatus, there’s no choice but to have breaks during the season as well. And since networks like to boast about airing as few repeats as possible, this sounds like a smart move for them.

How it pans out, of course, depends on how Life UneXpected is received and how it’s received again when it changes from the GG to the OTH slot. No idea where it’ll end up after that but the show is supposed to be very promising. A lot of the critics said it was among their faves when all the new shows for this season were previewed. (But they also said that about The Body Politic, which starred BH90210′s Brian Austin Green, and the CW chose not to air it so I guess take it all with a grain of salt.)

i mean that show has been moved more times than i can count. i read the variery article, and it was talking about how they are doing it that way, because they want monday nights to still have new episodes of something.

i sort of feel bad for this show. i never heard of it, and it is going to up against house, two and half men, and the big bang theory. thanks for making me feel better. i was having a panic attack :P

Michelle: Yes, I do know about that. I published the roundup before I had the chance to search for all of the day’s news. So between publishing it and your comment, I had found that out but hadn’t been able to go back and add it until now. You’ll see that I linked to the E! Online story which says it will take Gossip Girl’s spot temporarily. But now another article has been brought to my attention which says that it will first take GG’s spot and then take OTH’s. http://www.variety.com/article/VR1118011086.html?categoryid=14&cs=1&ref=verttv&ref=ssp But none of this has been confirmed by the network yet so we’ll see!
