  • Leighton Meester (Blair, Gossip Girl) was mysteriously absent from the People’s Choice Awards when Cobra Starship performed Good Girls Go Bad. In her place was Nicole Scherzinger of the Pussycat Dolls.
  • Neither Blake Lively (Serena, Gossip Girl) nor GG won in the categories they were nominated for at the PCAs.
  • Kellan Lutz (George, 90210) presented an award at the PCAs.
  • The Vampire Diaries, which was created by Kevin Williamson (creator, Dawson’s Creek), won Favorite New TV Drama at the PCAs.
  • Covert Affairs, starring Peter Gallagher (Sandy, The O.C.), has been picked up by USA.

  • This is the first promo pic I’ve seen for One Tree Hill season 7.  The background looks incredibly fake and the cast looks photoshopped together from individual pics.
  • Hilarie Burton (Peyton, One Tree Hill) is *not* in this week’s SoGoPro podcast.
  • Korbi posted pictures from the 90210 season 2 premiere.
  • There are also spoilish pictures floating around.
  • TVGuideMagazine.com is saying Ryan Eggold (Ryan, 90210) won’t be crossing over to Melrose Place but I’m still confused.  Instead, apparently, Jennie Garth (Kelly, Beverly Hills 90210) and Tori Spelling (Donna, Beverly Hills 90210)–who both appeared on the original Melrose–are on their wishlist.
  • Garth apparently deleted her Twitter account.
  • AnnaLynne McCord (Naomi, 90210) stopped by my old stomping grounds (the Seventeen office).  You can read the interview here.

  • Trevor Donovan has been cast as Teddy for 90210’s second season.
  • Darren Star, the creator of Beverly Hills 90210, was just named trustee of the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art.
  • The full video for Cobra Starship’s Good Girls Go Bad featuring Leighton Meester (Blair, Gossip Girl) premiered today.
  • Gawker posted a picture of Meester “on set for her first day of season 3 shooting.’
