I’m baaaaaaack!
Did ya miss me? Because I missed you! I even had a nightmare that, upon my return, I forgot to live-blog tonight’s episodes! Have no fear, though; we are now back to our regularly scheduled programming. In addition to live-blogging this week’s new episodes of One Tree Hill, Gossip Girl and 90210, I’ll (hopefully) have reaction posts up beforehand for last week’s eps. Plus the next several days will be jam-packed with all the news and spoilers that weren’t posted while I was away.
Believe it or not, even in Cancun, I was able to (somewhat) get my teen drama fix. The Sony Entertainment channel airs Beverly Hills 90210 twice a day Monday-Friday (the same episode; they’re currently in season 9) and 90210 a few times a week (the same episode; they’re currently in early season 2). Then there’s WB TV (WB!!!), which airs Gossip Girl at 11pm Sunday nights (currently in early season 3). Neither channel, or any other I got in the hotel, aired One Tree Hill. I did get to see some episodes of Felicity which, though, not a teen drama, I have always regretted not watching it when it originally aired. I really enjoyed it, as it has many teen drama elements, just in a college setting (which some of our teen dramas have gone on to show).

P.S. That is really odd that you mentioned Felicity because I recently watched that show a few months ago and last night I went back to watch one of the eps. that I skipped over. I never got fully into the show back in the day, I was still a bit young, but it does have a teen drama vibe to it 😉

Fox Life airs one three hill, i have no idea wich season but they do…. And last year Sony Entretainment TV used to air both Beverly Hills 90210 and Dawson’s Creek but when 90210 started they repalced Dawson’s Creek for more BH90210… Also in august they used to air BH90210 three times a day…. I used to live in Venezuela, and my family lives there so i know, those channels are the same for all latin america (except brazil)… I hope you enjoyed your trip, cancun is really beautiful

Fefa, thanks for the info! I don’t think we had Fox Life in the hotel. I do recall there being a Fox channel (at least I think there was) and I scrolled through the listings each day but didn’t find OTH or the others. I can’t believe I missed Dawson’s Creek by a year! It doesn’t air here in the U.S. anymore and it’s sad that that’s now the case in Latin America, too. At least you still have BH90210! And, yes, Cancun was very beautiful!
