According to Newsday.com (a reptuable, nationally-known newspaper from where I grew up), Antwon Tanner (Skills, One Tree Hill) plead guilty “in Brooklyn federal court today to illegally selling Social Security numbers for $10,000.”
Tanner, when sentenced in late November, faces up to 10 years in prison but will likely get “between 6 and 12 months, according to prosecutors, [since] there was no evidence that the numbers were actually used to defraud anyone.”
Tanner has said via Twitter that he will be appearing in One Tree Hill’s seventh season, which premieres Sept. 14.
I will update as more info comes in, but Tanner isn’t expected to comment until his sentencing.
He was first arrested in April. I am doing a revised version of the poll I had posted then.

No, i dont think he should be fired, Fraud has nothing to do with his job. Im pretty sure he isnt the only one who did a crime that is on a tv series. If thats the case then The doctor from Greys anatomy should be fired since he made that tape with his wife and friend.
Thanks for your comment, Thing. I think it has less to do with that it was fraud than that he committed a crime–and should you lose your job if you’re a convicted felon? I’m not sure what I think.
Regarding your Grey’s comment, Eric Dane didn’t commit a crime. There is nothing illegal about his video. It is illegal that it was stolen and distributed but that wasn’t his doing.
