Ausiello: Annie’s hit-and-run story will come to a surprising conclusion in the season finale, but the repercussions will carry over into season 3. Also, I’m hearing Liam and Naomi hit a rough patch (shocker!), and he’ll turn to Annie for (cough) support. That was a real cough, BTW. I wasn’t trying to suggest that (cough) support stood for something else.

I wanted this Annie hit-and-run to be done with this season but I guess it has to move to season 3 for more drama. I miss happy Annie!
What exactly does that Gossip Girl spoiler mean?

I think it’s Indecent Proposal, which is a movie from 1993. BH90210 had a somewhat similar storyline with Valerie, David and Ginger in season 6.
Wes, I’m torn on the Annie thing. On the one hand, I feel like it’s dragging on forever. On the other hand, I’m glad it hasn’t been rushed and become “just another storyline.” I think there is a middle ground, though. I’m wondering if the “surprising conclusion” has to do with Harry, as it would make sense that anything happening with him would have “repercussions” that carry into later episodes.
Oh okay now for the Gossip Girl thing, what happens in that movie because I have never seen it?
As for 90210, I was hearing a lot of rumors about Teddy being tied to the accident too. I mean I know it’s an important situation and all but they have dragged it long enough like you said. Plus, I think making a main character kill someone is a little too extreme especially for a main character like Annie.
In Indecent Proposal, a couple is approached by a wealthy man who will pay them a lot of money if he can sleep with the woman one time. The couple agrees but–as you might imagine–there’s significant emotional fall-out. On BH90210, Ginger told Valerie she wanted to sleep with Val’s boyfriend or be paid $50,000 or Ginger would tell the gang some incriminating info. Not having the money and not wanting her already poor reputation made worse, Val urged David to go along with it for her sake. The night “after,” David revealed sex didn’t happen because Ginger just wanted to torment Val with the possibility of it, not actually do it. Still, David felt hurt and betrayed that Val even asked him to do such a thing so he broke up with her.
I think there were rumors about Teddy (I haven’t heard any in a long, long while) just because of how he was introduced: he was the one that found the body. Whether he really played a role in anything, I don’t know. It would be interesting if it turned out that he did. I can’t see the show having Annie be the one responsible for the guy’s death because it would box them into such a corner (manslaughter trial? prison? lame, unrealistic way of getting her out of it?) I am hoping there is some huge (but believable) twist, a big pay-off. Otherwise, there’s no justification for dragging it out like this.
Oh okay so I’m guessing that storyline will be between Blair and Chuck, that might be the reason they break up.. or Nate and Serena. I’m not really a “Chair” fan so I wouldn’t mind if they broke up but I really think “Nerena” is meant to be.
Okay my theory on the hit-and-run is that Jasper killed his uncle and Teddy somehow helped him cover it up. One thing that links them is the whole film industry thing because both of their dads are in the movie industry, plus Jasper will be back in the season finale and sets Liam’s boat on fire. I just hope Annie doesn’t get anything too harsh and I hope that her friends and family don’t abandon her again. Also I think Harry might take the fall for Annie or he might die.. most likely take the fall for her.
TDW, do u have any info on how Harry’s characters is being written off? I haven’t been able to find any concrete info on valid sites…
