Gossip Girl and 90210 have been given early renewals for the 2010-2011 television season, according to a press release sent out today by The CW.
The network also renewed Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries and America’s Next Top Model.
There was no mention of One Tree Hill or any of the other CW shows.
Per the release:
“Also given early pickups for next season are The CW’s Monday night sensation GOSSIP GIRL, which is The CW’s number one show among its target demographic of women 18-34, and Tuesday’s trend-setting drama, 90210, which sees some of TV’s largest percent increases from DVR playback, nearly doubling its women 18-34 live-only ratings once live+7 data is included.”
Gossip Girl’s fourth season and 90210’s third season will begin this fall. New episodes of each for the current season will resume March 8 and March 9, respectively.

Yay 90210! Wish Smallville would get renewed too! =)
That’s great! I was hoping those four would get renewed, although I wasn’t exactly worried about 90210 and the Vampire Diaries. Now hopefully we’ll get One Tree Hill back.
