E!Online and Korbi have coverage of the CW upfront. Some claim the Gossip Girl spin-off isn’t completely dead but I don’t believe them.

Kerr Smith (Jack, Dawson’s Creek) has been cast in a new series on The CW called Light Years. Smith will play the boyfriend of Shiri Appleby (Rene, Beverly Hills 90210) whose estranged daughter comes back into her life.
