Alexis Bledel was in the same movie, and Chad Michael Murray (Lucas, OTH) was on her show Gilmore Girls.
Milo Ventimiglia was also on Gilmore Girls, and he was on The Bedford Diares with Penn Badgley (Dan, Gossip Girl).

I forgot about CMM! I was thinking of Adam Brody (Seth, The O.C.) and also Scott Patterson (Finn, 90210), both of whom were on Gilmore Girls with Alexis.
Ventimiglia stars on Heroes with Hayden Panettiere, who was on Guiding Light, which also at one point starred Bethany Joy Galeotti (Haley, One Tree Hill), Lindsey McKeon (Taylor, One Tree Hill), John Wesley Shipp (Mitch, Dawson’s Creek) and others.
And her Ugly Betty costar Eric Mabius (I think) was the on the The O.C. as the dean of discipline in season 3
Oh, yes, that was one of the other ones I was thinking of.
And Alan Dale (Caleb Nichol, The OC) was also in Ugly Betty.

She is also in ‘Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants’ with Mike Vogel who is in the upcoming movie ‘Blue Valentine’ with Michelle Williams (Jen, Dawsons Creek).

Ginnifer Goodwin was also in HJNTIY, and she was in In The Land Of Women with Adam Brody (Seth, The O.C.) and Dustin Milligan (Ethan, 90210).
And Kristen Stewart was in In The Land Of Women, which I know gives a ton of Twilight connections that I’ll let someone else cover.
America Ferrera was in Gotta Kick It Up with the girl who played Daisy who was in Ghosts of Girlfriends Past with Lacey Chabert who was in Party of Five with Jeremy London whose twin Jason London was on Grey’s Anatomy which also guest starred Jana Kramer(Alex, One Tree Hill).
Just looked it up – Camille Guaty is the name of the girl who played Daisy.
She was also in Las Vegas which stars Vanessa Marcil (Gina, Beverly Hills 90210). Vanessa Marcil also played Brenda on General Hospital which Jonathan Jackson is on. Jonathan Jackson is in the band Enation with Bethany Joy Galeotti’s husband. Jonathan Jackson was also in The Deep End of the Ocean with Treat Williams who was in Everwood with Chris Pratt(Che, The OC). Chris Pratt was also in Bride Wars with Bryan Greenberg(Jake, One Tree Hill) and Anne Hathaway who was in The Princess Diaries with Robert Schwartzman who made an appearance on The OC with his band Rooney.
Anne Hathaway was also in The Devil Wears Prada with Adrian Grenier which gives us all the Entourage connections.

Neve Campbell was in Party of Five and also in Wild Things with Denise Richards, who was in an ep of BH90210. Chabert was also in Mean Girls with Rachel McAdams, bringing back The Notebook connections, and Lindsay Lohan, bringing back her connections.
Guaty was in Prison Break with Amaury Nolasco, who is on Southland with Benjamin McKenzie (Ryan, The O.C.) and Michael Cudlitz (Tony, Beverly Hills 90210). Southland also featured appearances by Gillian Zinser (Ivy, 90210) and Taylor Handley (Oliver, The O.C./Patrick, Dawson’s Creek). And the show also stars Tom Everett Scott, who was in That Thing You Do with Johnathan Schaech, fiance of Jana Kramer (Alex, One Tree Hill), and Tom Hanks, whose son Colin appeared on The O.C.
Jackson is on GH with Laura Wright, who used to be on Guiding Light, bringing back those connections.
