  • When compared to their respective previous episodes, last week’s One Tree Hill (2.4 million viewers rounded up) dropped a decent amount in the ratings while Gossip Girl (2.2 million viewers) stayed the same. 90210 (2.1 million viewers) also had the same ratings.
  • As The CW brags about its ratings, The Hollywood Reporter points out its failure.

  • Candy Spelling has confirmed that she and daughter Tori Spelling (Donna, Beverly Hills 90210) have reconciled.

  • Mischa Barton (Marissa, The O.C.) was reportedly “assisted with a medical issue” yesterday by the LAPD.  Access Hollywood and PEOPLE now report that she’s under a “psychiatric hold” at a Los Angeles hospital.  Another PEOPLE article says she’s “dealing with personal issues.”
  • Latina.com has more information on the new 90210 character Sasha, who still hasn’t been cast.
  • DailyFill.com posted pictures of the 90210 girls filming.  Gawker has a similar picture.
  • Matt Lanter (Liam, 90210) will be at Comic Con.
  • TVGuide.com has a video interview with Ryan Eggold (Ryan, 90210).
  • Mercy, starring Michelle Trachtenberg (Georgina, Gossip Girl) will premiere Sept. 23.
  • Kristen Bell (voice of Gossip Girl) reportedly wants to appear on the show.
  • Chuck (Ed Westwick, Gossip Girl), Silver (Jessica Stroup, 90210) and Brooke (Sophia Bush, One Tree Hill) are all nominated for the CW Fashion Guru award in the Sourcies.
