I just remembered–while thinking about how much I can’t stand Annie/Shenae Grimes on 90210–that Hilary Duff was originally offered the role. I can’t help but wonder how that would’ve turned out. Would we hate Annie as much as everyone seems to? Would we hate her even more?

My journey to all the iconic Beverly Hills, 90210 locations continued with a look at the college years. That meant a trip to good ‘ol California University, known in the real world (whatever that is) as Occidental College.
A trip to CU wouldn’t be complete without a peek at The KEG House, which happens to be just a private residence bordering the campus.

Why has Nat (Joe E. Tata) been MIA from the new 90210?
So first they bastardized The Peach Pit, and then they don’t even give us some Nat-love?
The beloved creator of the Mega Burger hasn’t been seen since episode 4 in September.
In contrast, Nat appeared in more than 250 episodes of the original series.

Torrance High School!
I mean, West Beverly!
The first three seasons were actually shot at this high school in Torrance. The new 90210 continues to shoot there as well, and at a high school in El Segundo.
Does this look familiar? (Ignore the fence!)
Many a scene took place in this courtyard, and around the fountain (currently under construction).
Look closely! That’s me sitting Dylan McKay-style!

It’s Dylan McKay’s house!
A peek inside the windows showed me that this location was used for exterior AND interior filming. (I can’t say the same for Casa Walsh and the Beach Apartment.) The inside, right down to the furniture set up, looks pretty much exactly as it did on the show. We snapped a few more photos before we realized somebody was inside watching TV! And then we ran!
Coincidentally, this house is only four houses west of Casa Walsh!
