Voluntary Viewing Marathon Today!
24 10 2009From 8am to 3pm eastern time, SoapNet will be hosting a “Voluntary Viewing Marathon” featuring episodes from Beverly Hills 90210, The O.C. and One Tree Hill.
This will air according to the normal “Breakfast in Bed” schedule but with charity-themed episodes.

23 10 2009- I won’t be live-blogging One Tree Hill and Gossip Girl on Monday as I will be traveling. I will do reaction posts later in the week. 90210 is a repeat this week.
- One Tree Hill and 90210 are both down more than 20 percent in the 18-49 adult demographic since last year.
- You can vote for Sophia Bush (Brooke, One Tree Hill) in a “Who Wore It Better?” poll.
- Hilarie Burton (Peyton, One Tree Hill) has 2 new vlogs on the SoGoPro site.
- Ian Ziering (Steve, Beverly Hills 90210) says he would consider appearing on the new 90210 if the storyline was appealing enough.
- Tiffani Amber Thiessen (Valerie, Beverly Hills 90210) says she won’t appear on the new show and says Jason Priestley (Brandon, Beverly Hills 90210) is the only castmate she’s still in touch with. A little surprising since she and Jennie Garth (Kelly, Beverly Hills 90210) used to be BFF.

22 10 2009- The CW sent out a press release about November sweeps. Noteworthy things: Jimmy Fallon will appear on the Nov. 2 episode of Gossip Girl and “Somebody to Love” by Leighton Meester (Blair, Gossip Girl) will play in the Nov. 9 episode. The episode of One Tree Hill that airs that night is directed by Sophia Bush (Brooke, One Tree Hill). The release also confirms that Lady Gaga will appear in the Nov. 16 episode of Gossip Girl.
- Dan (Penn Badgley, Gossip Girl) made EW.com’s list of TV Characters Who Just Turn You Off. Dawson (James Van Der Beek, Dawson’s Creek) is also on the list.
- The CW Source has a video interview with James Lafferty (Nathan, One Tree Hill).
- Examiner.com also has an interview with Lafferty.

Ausiello: I’m (mostly) loving this season, too. The Chuck-Blair stuff continues to be immensely satisfying. And Hilary Duff isn’t nearly as annoying as I thought she’d be. On the scoop front, there’s a big Blair-Serena blow-up coming. The frenemies will definitely be on the outs for a little bit.

The good news is that the spring episodes are promising a major lovefest when three (yes, three!) couples reconcile within the space of a few weeks. On the other hand, Teddy Montgomery and Kelly Taylor will be left out in the cold.
