PEOPLE has an “exclusive clip” from Monday’s all-new Gossip Girl.
The Futon Critic has a really great interview with Stephanie Savage (executive producer, Gossip Girl).
Chuck (Gossip Girl) and Lucas (One Tree Hill) made it to round two of Alpha Male Madness. Joshua Jackson’s (Dawson’s Creek) Fringe character is still in the competition as well.
Shannen Doherty (Brenda, Beverly Hills 90210) and Luke Perry (Dylan, Beverly Hills 90210) are featured in a Los Angeles Times piece on comebacks.
Doherty is also included in a Fox News piece on stars who left hit shows, but the blurb has some facts wrong. See if you can spot the error!
Just because we’re in a different decade now doesn’t mean you can’t get fashion tips from the original 90210.
Mischa Barton (Marissa, The O.C.) isn’t joining the Melrose Place remake but will be in another CW pilot instead. She talked to PEOPLE about the role she’ll play.
EW pits Barton against AnnaLynne McCord (Naomi, 90210) for “top beast” honors.
Benjamin McKenzie’s (Ryan, The O.C.) new show, Southland, is included in E!Online’s midseason TV preview.
Barton and McKenzie’s new roles might have you asking: where are Rachel Bilson (Summer) and Adam Brody (Seth)?
The New York Times has an article on Josh Schwartz (The O.C., GG) taking his talents to the web.
This should come as no surprise as Valerie was and is, without a doubt, the ultimate teen drama vixen. There wasn’t a woman in Beverly Hills Val didn’t fight with or a guy that was safe from her come-ons. With a priority list that consisted of ME ME ME, Val stopped at nothing to get her way from the day she set foot in the zip code. A few arrests and even an AIDS scare didn’t deter her to change her wild ways.
HONORABLE MENTIONS
These ladies deserve a small shoutout for occasionally causing trouble but either not sticking around long or having a lot more to their personality.
Though she actually started appearing before the departure of 90210’s other resident bitch, Valerie, it was clear to anyone with a brain that Gina was meant to serve as some replacement. And replace she did, going after some of the men Valerie herself once laid claim to: Dylan, Noah and David. Gina’s arrival–and involvement with Dylan–gave Kelly a new enemy and Donna another family member to fight with. Among Gina’s schemes: extortion, illegal businesses and workplace back-stabbing. Classic bitchery!
Leighton Meester (Blair, Gossip Girl) will likely be cast in the upcoming film The Roommate.
Meester is also part of an ad campaign for Reebok.
PEOPLE has a photo of Brittany Snow filming as Lily for the Gossip Girl spin-off.
You know how I feel about tabloids but InTouch has a very interesting photo spread of Ed Westick (Chuck, Gossip Girl) and some guy. Scroll towards the bottom to see the pics.
There are two One Tree Hill castinterviews posted on YouTube. Not sure when exactly they’re from, though.
AnnaLynne McCord (Naomi, 90210) hints about her character’s future storyline and Danneel Harris (Rachel, One Tree Hill) says she’d be open for a return to One Tree Hill in a new video interview.
McCord was in a car accident earlier this week but, thankfully, she wasn’t injured.
Shannen Doherty (Brenda, Beverly Hills 90210) will return for 90210 for the season finale.
Michael Steger (Navid, 90210) says he’ll get more air time as Adrianna’s (Jessica Lowndes) pregnany progresses but he doesn’t what his other storylines, if any, will be.
Kellan Lutz (George, 90210) says he doesn’t know if AnnaLynne McCord (Naomi, 90210) will be joining him in the Twilight sequel, New Moon.
Blake Lively (Serena, Gossip Girl) says she’s “the happiest I’ve ever been” and won’t follow Britney Spears in her (now over?) downward spiral.
Matt Barr (Psycho Derek, One Tree Hill) has been added to the cast of the Gossip Girl spin-off. Since his character’s last name is van der Woodsen, he could be Lily’s future husband and Serena and Eric’s dad. Or they could be trying to throw us. Maybe she ends up marrying his brother or cousin or something? And where does Rufus play a role in this if he’s supposedly the great love of her younger life??
Kate Voegle (Mia, One Tree Hill) is working on a new album in addition to filming OTH episodes.
Madchen Amick (Catherine, Gossip Girl; Nicole, Dawson’s Creek) has been cast in an ABC pilot.
SoapNet has acquired all the seasons of Gilmore Girls but no word yet when it will air or if this will break up the daily and weekend blocks of One Tree Hill, The O.C., and Beverly Hills 90210.
Shenae Grimes (Annie, 90210) is on the cover of Teen Prom 2009.
Aimee Teegarden (Rhonda, 90210) and Kelly Rowan (Kirsten, The O.C.) are on CSI tonight.
The Insider has a short article on Kassius Green, son of Brian Austin Green (David, Beverly Hills 90210) and Vanessa Marcil (Gina, Beverly Hills 90210) catching the acting bug from his parents.
The March 16 issue of PEOPLE has a small box on Ed Westwick (Chuck, Gossip Girl) and Jessica Szhor’s (Vanessa, Gossip Girl) romance.
A New York Times journalist wrote about his upcoming Gossip Girl cameo and actor Adhir Kalyan says he would love to work with Leighton Meester (Blair) or Blake Lively (Serena) if he ever guested on the show.
You can vote for Dan, Lucas and Nathan ( all One Tree Hill) as well as Chuck (Gossip Girl) and Joshua Jackson’s Fringe character in the first-ever Alpha Male Madness.
Portrait Magazine did a profile of Sophia Bush (Brooke, One Tree Hill). She’s also quoted in the 3/16 issue of PEOPLE as loving the Oscar-nominated film, The Wrestler.
Austin Nichols (Julian, One Tree Hill) has a very funny post up at the Southern Gothic Productions blog.
The Observer has a really in-depth look at Michelle Williams’ (Jen, Dawson’s Creek) career.
The Seattle Times has a story about Bianca Kajilich’s (Natasha, Dawson’s Creek) career.
Ausiello is reporting that Ashlee Simpson joined the cast of the new Melrose Place but not in the role Mischa Barton (Marissa, The O.C.) reportedly auditioned for. Still not known, however, if Barton got it.
Barton took her to her blog to announce she’s no longer dating musician Luke Pritchard.
The positive outlook for the future of The CW is discussed in this article.

Wikiquote takes Wikipedia’s general purpose of providing information and narrows it down to simply providing quotes.
They have some of the best collections of Dawson’s Creek, The O.C. and One Tree Hill quotes I’ve seen.
Unfortunately, the Gossip Girl and 90210 (old and new) sections are lacking.
But if you have a lot of time and want to relive some memorable lines, or if you’re looking for something in particular, Wikiquote is great place to start your search.
