Lindsey in Boston: Anything you can share about the Gossip Girl finale?
You know how we saw those Gossip Girl set photos where Blair kissed both Chuck and Nate on the street? One of them was a total fake-out. Teehee! In other finale news, Little J comes into her own (and there’s a nice rapprochement between her and Blair), Gossip Girl calls Nate a whore, you won’t realize Lily-Rufus spawn is already there until the very last minute and there’s a hint that several familiar background faces might become recurring or even regular characters in season three. (We’ll tell you more about the realistic prospects for those recurrences after you’ve all seen the finale on May 18.)
Lyla in Dallas: I need to know more about the One Tree Hill finale!
Are we sure this is a season (not series) finale? Because we’ve seen the last ep of One Tree Hill for this year, and all the storylines end so darn pleasantly! It’s positively unnerving! Liam makes fun of Annie in the 90210 finale, but there’s nothing genuinely flirtatious going on. However, Liam definitely does have sex with someone who’s not Naomi! Ethan and Silver, by the way, totally connect in this last episode. Could that be the beginning of a short-lived somethin’-somethin’?

Question: I miss the old Silver on 90210. Please tell me she’s going to return! — Christina
Ausiello: I’m told prom is going to be the eye-opening event that resurrects the Silver we all know and love. Speaking of 90210, Rob Estes says this of the season finale: “There might be a death, perhaps a murder. I don’t know if they will actually die because it is a cliffhanger. We left it open-ended. There may be a death in the finale. I can only promise bodily harm. Expect bodily harm.”
Question: I heard the Ryan Eggold is moving over to the new Melrose Place. Is that true? — Lexi
Ausiello: Let’s ask Ryan himself: “I don’t know if it is happening or how exactly they would do it,” he told us at Saturday’s PaleyFest ’09 event honoring 90210. “We’ve talked about me being the crossover character but they say I will still be on 90210 as well. I think it would be really cool if it happened, but it’s too early to say it with certainty. If it does happen it will be the same character on both shows. It would not make any sense if I was playing two different characters.” It would make a hell of a lot more sense than half of the crap I witnessed in this week’s episode, every second of which I loved.

Dan’s heart storyline is not resolved by the end of the season, so it looks like the bastard lives to fight another season! Can Dan even really be killed? He seems like one of those supersoldiers you can just shoot holes through and they keep getting up.

Melanie in Del Mar, Calif.: What’s the deal with Dixon’s biomom coming on 90210?
Dixon’s (Tristan Wilds) biological mom does come back in the picture, which causes quiet the emotional meltdown with the family. And though the promos tease a big reunion, don’t expect it to be as special as they’re selling. Rob Estes tells us, “We may see [Dixons mom], but do we meet her? She shows up and then disappears for a while. They actually go after her…They go looking for her.”
Mitch in San Diego: I knew Dustin Milligan was leaving 90210, but now Silver? What’s going on?
Silver is leaving West Bev High, but Jessica Stroup is not leaving the show. That is, if her character doesn’t die in the season finale.
Dyan in Queens, N.Y.: More Matt Lanter on 90210 please!
Liam’s causing some drama and really turning into the Dylan McKay we’ve been waiting for. Matt Lanter says, “Liam takes out Ethan to a camping trip. Ethan’s trying to find himself and Liam encourages that from people, trying to find what’s deep inside. He gets Ethan into some trouble. Liam’s presence is being felt in a pretty major way.” That’s not the only 90210er he’s messing with. His new romance with Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) is headed for a rough patch. “By the end of the season, there’s going to be some major drama with [Naomi] and her sister and possibly Annie. There’s some problem with her sister. She comes in and she definitely makes things tough in 90210. People are definitely going to be angry and betrayed,” adds Matt.

Compelled to respond to some things in this edition.
1. Jenny HAS been seen on recent GG episodes, just not in the leading story capacity we saw earlier this season.
2. Pretty sure it IS confirmed that Ryan Eggold will be on Melrose Place.
3. Dylan wasn’t a trouble-maker, so I don’t see how Liam causing drama makes them comparable.

So I watched “90210” last night, I thought it was alright. When will Dustin Milligan’s last episode be? -Erin
Dustin will at least stick around till the show breaks for summer. When I spoke with him on set a couple weeks ago, he was filming the second to last hour of the season (prom night, he was all monkey-suited up). He told me that next Tuesday’s episode — which Jason Priestley directed — picks up right where last night left off with Ethan and Annie breaking up on that make out cliff or whatever you want to call it. Apparently it’s going to be a crazy dramatic hour that takes place after dark as Silver continues to melt down and everyone goes in search of her. Oh, and p.s., Jackie Taylor (Ann Gillespie) is back.
Hey Korbi, is it true that Ethan starts to fall for Silver by the season finale? -Anonymous
That’s what I’m hearing. I guess he’s going to develop quite a thing for her before he goes and his feelings are not lost on Dixon.
