- Be sure to check out The CW’s site for all the new video content this week.
- Last night’s One Tree Hill (2.3 million viewers) and Gossip Girl (2.0 million viewers rounded up) each had a decent drop in the ratings compared to last week. Gossip Girl technically didn’t even cross 2 million (again, I rounded up), tying for a season-low.
- I will be interviewing Lee Norris (Mouth, One Tree Hill) later this week. Since I’ve already interviewed him, I figured this time I would use reader questions. Please comment with your question by Thursday Friday morning. I cannot promise it will be asked but I’ll do my best!
- The new One Tree Hill Connection podcast features an interview with OTH writer Terrence Coli.
- I love this video interview with Sophia Bush (Brooke, One Tree Hill), where she adamantly states she isn’t on Twitter. As you’ve seen in my Twitter Directory, there are tons of fake Sophias out there. Frustrating!
- Hilarie Burton (Peyton, One Tree Hill) recorded a message on SoGoPro.
- If you haven’t seen Brett Claywell (Tim, One Tree Hill) on One Life to Live, Perez Hilton actually posted a clip.
- In a Gossip Girl recap by the L.A. Times, both Andrea (Gabrielle Carteris, Beverly Hills 90210) and Joey (Katie Holmes, Dawson’s Creek) are compared to Vanessa (Jessica Szhor, Gossip Girl).
- If you missed the short clip of the video for “Somebody to Love” by Leighton Meester (Blair, Gossip Girl), which aired during GG last night, E! Online posted it.
- The Parents Television Council has sent a letter urging CW affiliates not to air next week’s episode, which will feature the reported threesome. Seems a little preemptive (no pun intended) to me. I can’t imagine the episode being vulgar enough to warrant this. I imagine, like the gay kiss, it will be such a nothing thing and is really more about getting publicity and media attention (in which case, it worked). But I guess we’ll have to wait and see!
- You can get 10% off the cost of tickets for the Gossip Girl tour in New York City when you use the promo code TEENDRAMA.
- TV Guide Magazine has a spoiler-filled interview with Jessica Stroup (Silver, 90210) about what happens with the Jackie (Ann Gillespie) storyline. We all know how I feel about this so I figured I’d spare you guys the rant.
- Ausiello has a lot more spoiler-filled details on the Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes, 90210) / Gia (Rumer Willis, 90210) storyline.
- Kellan Lutz (George, 90210) and Nikki Reed (Sadie, The O.C.) are also featured in the Nov. issue of Nylon.
- The O.C. made BlackBook’s list of Top 10 Single-Letter & Acronymical TV Shows.
- Adam Brody (Seth, The O.C.) will star alongside Holmes in The Romantics. Holmes will also produce.
- The A.V. Club has a great interview with Chris Pratt (Che, The O.C.)

3 11 2009RELEVANT QUESTIONS–DON’T READ IF YOU DON’T WANT TO KNOW!!!
Wallace in Chino, Calif.: Will Navid and Adrianna get back together on 90210?
Not any time soon. In tomorrow’s ep of 90210, Adrianna begs him from forgiveness, but Navid shoots her down.
Katherine in Burbank, Calif.: What’s next for Nathan now that we know he didn’t have the affair on One Tree Hill?
James Lafferty tells us it’s not going to be easy: “It’s going to stay with Nathan for a bit. It’s stained his reputation, possibly to a point where it can’t be repaired. We’re going to see him deal with that and try to put his life back together. It definitely affects his career.”

9 06 2009- The drama beteween Tori Spelling (Donna, Beverly Hills 90210) and her mother Candy is still going on, according to PEOPLE.
- Spelling spoke with Extra about her views on the Gosselin family, and whether she’ll ever participate in Dancing with the Stars. (Ian Ziering [Steve, Beverly Hills 90210] and Jennie Garth [Kelly, Beverly Hills 90210] have already competed!)
- EW.com posted an adorable clip of Garth and husband Peter Facinelli (from Twilight and Nurse Jackie) on Cheslsea Lately back in February. (Also worth noting that Facinelli co-starred with Tiffani-Amber Thiessen [Valerie, Beverly Hills 90210] on the series Fastlane back in 2002!)
- Thiessen got a shout-out on last night’s Jimmy Fallon Show when “Zack Morris” made an appearance to discuss the proposed Saved by the Bell reunion. Thiessen, who played Kelly Kapowski, hasn’t agreed to it yet.

- The short-lived hook-up between Chuck (Ed Westwick) and Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) is up for “sex scene that made you want to throw out your TV” in the Tater Tops Awards. (Ironically, the couple is still going strong in real life. I’m just full of fun facts today!)
- Westwick told E! Online that the craziest rumor he’s heard about himself is that he is having weight troubles.
- Westwick, Leighton Meester (Blair, Gossip Girl) and Jackson Brundage (Jamie, One Tree Hill) are all included in SoapNet’s Our Favorite Overlooked Actors gallery.
- Autumn Reeser (Taylor, The O.C.) shared her wedding details with PEOPLE.com.

15 05 2009RELEVANT QUESTIONS–DON’T READ IF YOU DON’T WANT TO KNOW!!!
Danielle in Brookvale, NSW, Australia: Please tell me Brooke and Julian get together!? It’s about time there is a happy ending for Brooke. So far this season she has had her company, lost her company, had Sam, lost Sam, had Julian, lost Julian and officially lost Lucas to Peyton. Please give Brooke some love!
It’s sweet how concerned you are about Brooke’s future…and rightly so. The poor girl has been to hell and back this season—don’t forget that break-in and beating! Luckily, TPTB over in Tree Hill took note and her happy ending is on the way. Julian is back in the finale and it looks like B. Davis is finally getting her fairy-tale “movie” ending. And who better to give it to her than the Hollywood director himself? We’re just sayin’.
Jaymes in Oakland: Since Katie Voegle’s CD is coming out in real life too, is Mia going to stick around Tree Hill?
Mia and Chase (Stephen Coletti) are still going strong, but she is getting ready to hit the road to promote her new album. In the finale, Chase shows up at Mia’s CD signing and what she writes definitely makes for an awww-worthy moment. No word yet on if the duo will be back in the restructured show next year.
Joan in Los Angeles: I can’t imagine One Tree Hill without Hilarie Burton and Chad Michael Murray. I hope they didn’t really leave because of money issues!
While we can’t speak for CMM (although that video from a few months back spoke volumes), our best frenemy scored an interview with Hilarie after the news of her departure broke, and it sounds like at least her departure from the show was pretty amicable. Hilarie said, “Everyone was kind of agreeable about the situation. There were a lot of really wonderful conversations. It wasn’t a rash decision; a lot of thought, emotion and kindness was put into it. I would hope that that‘s the story that gets out.”
What about Nick Lachey? Is he coming back for more?
If you mean is there any more “Nick Lachey-ing” in the finale, thankfully, no. The former pop star’s last appearance of the season was last week, but if you just can’t get enough of their constant first-and-last-name-calling of Nick Lachey, check out this week’s Condensed Soup on E! Online for Joel McHale‘s take on the cameos. Hilarious!
lc_mundell: Does Ashley Rickards (Sam) make an appearance at all in the One Tree Hill finale? You said everything ends so pleasantly, and I can’t imagine Brooke having a happy ending that doesn’t involve Sam.
Unfortunately Sam doesn’t come back, but there is a sweet moment with Brooke talking to Sam on the phone. Like we said before, don’t worry about Brooke’s happy ending. It’s on the way.
Amyjbennett: We know that James Lafferty filmed with the NBA’s Bobcats. Is that a dream sequence?
Interesting question, Amy. If by dream sequence you mean a scene that is dream-like because Nathan can’t believe it’s true, then yes, Nathan joining the Bobcats is a dream sequence.
Karen Novak: I would like to know if Dan Scott lives or if they are going to have him die? Please don’t have him die as he adds so much to the show and his relationship with Jamie is adorable.
Dan is still alive and kicking, but definitely still struggling with his conscience. In fact, the finale finds him in the company of a familiar—and beloved—former Tree Hill face who becomes a surprising ally in the birth of a new Dan Scott. In fact, two former castmembers are back for the finale. Guesses?
Sabrina in Prescott, Ariz: Is Millicent leaving Mouth behind and moving to New York? How could Brooke do that to them!
Don’t worry about this adorkable couple. They’ll survive whatever unexpected changes come to Clothes Over Bros.
Jessica: If Lucas and Peyton aren’t coming back to One Tree Hill, do they at least get a proper send-off?
That has been the topic of discussion this week and in our opinion, the answer is yes. If you haven’t already heard, cover your eyes now: Peyton and baby Scott beat the odds and live happily ever after in the finale. Okay, so it’s not that cut-and-dried, but after all of the heartache and loss Peyton has survived during six seasons of OTH, this final episode is a cakewalk. All elements of Lucas-Peyton saga are present in their final scene and we even get the traditional Chad Michael Murray voiceover. Fans are not left with a big question mark ending for Leyton. In fact, we’d go as far as to say that they do get their happily ever after.
